Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the planned giving vision, strategy, and performance metrics
• Manage a portfolio of planned giving prospects and support the Strategic Partnership Directors team
• Serve as the primary expert on charitable gift planning vehicles and ensure compliance with legal standards

Required Qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith
• 5-7+ years of experience in planned giving or estate planning
• Bachelor's degree required
• Expert understanding of planned giving vehicles and donor legacy strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills with donors and professional advisors
