A company is looking for a Director of Planned Giving to lead a comprehensive planned giving program that advances long-term financial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee donor engagement and gift planning strategies
• Ensure alignment of charitable giving with individuals' philanthropic and legacy goals
• Facilitate ministry activities in support of the organization's mission

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in planned giving with leadership responsibility
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• Extensive experience in charitable gift planning within a nonprofit organization
• Deep knowledge of planned giving vehicles and related tax and legal considerations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools for managing donor relationships
