Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own omni sales forecast by SKU and track inventory needs, adjusting based on trends and company goals
• Manage inventory allocation and Open-To-Buy, collaborating with sales and sourcing teams to optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with retail leaders to ensure proper stock and assortment, mitigating returns and driving sales

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, and inventory management, preferably in fashion/apparel
• 5+ years of experience with demand planning software
• Experience leading a team of direct reports
• Proven experience in a high-growth organization, improving stock levels, sales, and margin
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
