Director of Planning

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and execution of integrated planning processes, the full-time remote Director of Planning will manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, oversee demand and supply planning, and drive cross-functional alignment to support scalable growth and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across multiple teams
• Lead the development and execution of inventory and supply strategies to meet service level and financial objectives
• Oversee the demand planning process, integrating market intelligence and customer insights into forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or S&OP training preferred
• 10+ years of experience in S&OP and/or planning, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
• Proven expertise in demand planning methodologies and statistical forecasting
• Experience with demand and supply planning software and a strong track record in supply chain planning
