Director of Planning and Analysis

Job Summary

Directing the Planning and Analysis function for dual properties, the full-time remote Director of Planning and Analysis will manage marketing and gaming analysis, oversee annual planning and quarterly forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Directs all marketing and gaming analysis, including annual plans and quarterly forecasts
• Provides analysis and recommendations to senior executives to improve guest retention and loyalty
• Serves as a key user for analytical tools and performs revenue and cost analysis for various venues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Experience in marketing and financial analysis, particularly in casino operations and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access
• Strong mathematical, statistical, and technical financial analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple functions in an unstructured environment
