Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical outputs, including quarterly business reviews and data-driven recommendations for executives
• Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles, developing headcount models and sales quotas
• Analyze sales pipeline health and marketing funnel to identify growth indicators and bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in GTM planning, strategy, or analytics in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong foundation in operational modeling, statistical analysis, and quantitative reasoning
• Deep proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with territory management tools and quota-setting methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence executive-level stakeholders
