Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Planning Operations to build and enhance the operational framework of its Planning organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize planning operations and implement best practices for forecasting and execution
• Manage and monitor planning systems and tools for accuracy and quality
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the adoption of AI tools within the Planning organization

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in planning, operations, supply chain, or technical product management
• Proven experience in building scalable tools and processes for operational excellence
• Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario planning
• Strong analytical skills to utilize data for decision-making and issue diagnosis
• Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams
