Director of Platform Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the Platform Engineering organization, the full-time Director of Platform Engineering will manage internal engineering platforms, infrastructure services, and developer experience, driving operational excellence across multi-cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Engineering organization responsible for developer infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and engineering productivity tooling
• Own and operate core infrastructure services including identity and access management, VPN systems, and cloud networking infrastructure
• Drive the evolution of scalable developer platforms and CI/CD systems to improve engineering velocity and operational consistency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience designing and scaling internal engineering platforms in multi-cloud environments
• Strong technical expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD systems
• Hands-on experience managing critical infrastructure services such as Keycloak, VPN, and internal networking systems
• Demonstrated ability to build operational processes that enhance reliability, security, and scalability
