Job Summary

Leading a distributed team, the full-time salaried Director of Platform Infrastructure will manage platform and infrastructure functions for SaaS and Marketplace engineering, focusing on infrastructure modernization and operational resilience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a distributed platform and infrastructure organization while providing hands-on support during critical issues
• Drive infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring services transition to managed cloud offerings
• Oversee reliability, deployment, and disaster recovery practices across core environments, setting engineering standards for automation and operational resilience

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading technical or engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with a major cloud provider and modern infrastructure practices
• Proven track record of developing teams through high-pressure situations
