Director of Platform Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Platform & Cluster Management to lead engineering teams in managing the Infinia product's ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for platform and cluster management aligned with Infinia product strategy
• Provide career development and mentorship to managers and senior engineers while scaling the organization
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of features including software deployment, upgrades, and monitoring

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading engineering teams, preferably at the Director level
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, platform engineering, or storage management
• Experience in managing managers and scaling engineering organizations
• Familiarity with software deployment and hardware lifecycle management
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
