Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Platform Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational health, availability, and performance of platform technologies and tooling
• Execute platform and tooling roadmaps and manage the lifecycle of tools
• Provide leadership to teams responsible for platform operations and ensure adherence to operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on platform operations or technology service delivery
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and service management practices
• Experience with budget and vendor management
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
