Director of Platform Management

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and enhancements, the full-time Director of Platform Management will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and prioritize development efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to production deployment
• Maintain an 18-month rolling roadmap prioritized by client needs and strategic initiatives
• Drive cross-functional activities across engineering, quality assurance, and product support teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or financial field; MBA is a strong plus
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product management
• Domain experience in Financial Services, including Customer Management and Mobile Lending
• Proven success in managing products through all stages of the product lifecycle
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and familiarity with tools like Jira and Aha
