Director of Platform Product

Job Summary

To support a growing platform initiative, the full-time Director of Platform Product will own the strategy for public APIs and the CHAOS SDK, engage with technical customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to drive impactful platform launches, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the platform product strategy, including prioritization of features and capabilities
• Engage with technical customers to gather insights and strengthen the platform narrative for sales and marketing
• Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions and ensure high-quality launches of platform capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of combined engineering and product experience, with a focus on platform or infrastructure-oriented products
• Experience leading a developer-facing SDK or API that has been successfully adopted by developers
• Background in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in security or identity sectors
• Familiarity with enterprise expansion mechanics and integration complexities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
