Director of Platform Product Management

Job Summary

Director of Platform Product Management is a full-time position responsible for defining and executing the platform product strategy, focusing on platform consolidation, backend simplification, and scalable architecture enablement while overseeing a team of product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Oversee the full portfolio of platform products and prioritize investments based on business impact
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of platform product managers while ensuring cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management with experience in platform or infrastructure products
• Proven track record of leading platform transformation initiatives
• Experience managing and scaling product management teams
• Strong background in engineering, architecture, and distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering is preferred
