Job Summary

Ambitious and results-driven, the full-time salaried Director of Platform Product Management will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Albert's platform, focusing on building scalable and secure solutions for enterprise customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring enterprise trust and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver robust platform features that meet enterprise needs
• Lead go-to-market readiness for major platform launches and establish effective product management practices within the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, primarily in platform products within B2B SaaS or cloud environments
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, backend systems, and security platforms, with experience in enterprise authentication and compliance frameworks
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale platform initiatives with accountability for outcomes
• Experience with modern data infrastructure, developer tools, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
