Director of Platform Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision and execution for the Pindrop Platform, the full-time remote Director of Platform Product Management will manage cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, prioritize platform investments, and enhance customer-facing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and own the multi-year strategy for the Pindrop Platform, aligning key stakeholders around long-term priorities
• Define and evolve shared platform capabilities, including AI/ML services and APIs, to support enterprise-scale growth
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to establish commercialization strategies for customer-facing platform capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant leadership in platform or infrastructure products
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise-scale platform operations
• Proven success in influencing and aligning cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
• Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies for platform capabilities or APIs
