Director of PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of PMO & Delivery Excellence to lead their Project Management Office and ensure high-impact delivery across a complex portfolio of Professional Services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the PMO into a strategic function with established governance and delivery frameworks
• Implement standards and methodologies for complex B2B and CPQ projects while overseeing project health reporting
• Manage a multi-client project portfolio, focusing on risk mitigation and resource optimization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project and program management within a Professional Services or consulting environment
• 5+ years in a PMO leadership role with oversight of complex, multi-client portfolios
• Proven success in delivering B2B software implementations, CPQ, CRM, ERP, or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA, PMP, or SAFe certification preferred
• Strong financial acumen to manage project P&L, utilization, and gross margin
