Director of PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, PMO (Program Management Office).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize a formal PMO function to support cross-functional marketing initiatives
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive clarity across objectives, milestones, and risks
• Build and manage a high-impact PMO team while improving communication flow across teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
• Proven experience in standing up or scaling a PMO or equivalent function
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels across a multi-product technology platform
• Experience in complex, fast-moving marketing or business environments
