Director of PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO / Director - SKU Optimization to lead enterprise standardization initiatives across its network of hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale enterprise initiatives, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Drive cross-functional alignment to implement standardized approaches across a distributed operating environment
• Oversee phased implementation efforts, including pilot design, rollout planning, and adoption support

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, consulting, or related leadership roles
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Experience driving structured problem solving and process improvement
• Familiarity with phased delivery approaches and large-scale implementation efforts
