Job Summary

To support sustainable growth and operational maturity, the remote Director of PMO and Operations will build and manage the company's Project Management Office (PMO), implement process governance frameworks, and lead enterprise transformation initiatives while partnering with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the PMO framework, including maintaining the enterprise project portfolio and creating executive dashboards
  • Document workflows, develop an enterprise SOP library, and standardize key operational processes for efficiency improvements
  • Centralize contracts and documentation governance, implement contract lifecycle management processes, and support audit readiness initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Consulting, or Operational Excellence
  • Proven experience in building governance and operational frameworks
  • Strong skills in process improvement and organizational development
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Preferred experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, healthcare, government, or regulated environments
