Job Summary
To establish and lead the project management framework for Credit Studio delivery operations, the full-time Director of PMO for Credit Solutions will provide governance, strategic direction, and operational oversight across multiple implementation and Operations & Maintenance engagements, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Fairfax, VA office.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Credit Studio Project Management Office, defining governance standards and delivery best practices
- Develop portfolio-level reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into project health and performance
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and coach delivery teams to elevate their capabilities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading Agile software development projects in large-scale environments
- Proven experience in establishing and managing a PMO or similar program management function
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
