Director of PMO for Credit Solutions

Job Summary

To establish and lead the project management framework for Credit Studio delivery operations, the full-time Director of PMO for Credit Solutions will provide governance, strategic direction, and operational oversight across multiple implementation and Operations & Maintenance engagements, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Fairfax, VA office.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Credit Studio Project Management Office, defining governance standards and delivery best practices
• Develop portfolio-level reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into project health and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and coach delivery teams to elevate their capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Agile software development projects in large-scale environments
• Proven experience in establishing and managing a PMO or similar program management function
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
