Director of Political Insights

Job Summary

Leading complex quantitative research projects, the full-time Director of Political Insights will develop data-driven solutions for advocacy clients, manage a team of data scientists and analysts, and provide strategic insights to senior client leadership in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantitative research projects, including experimental designs, statistical modeling, and survey development
• Generate insights and client deliverables, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Oversee project execution and manage workstreams with a team of data scientists, analysts, and project managers

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics leadership
• Strong familiarity with statistical modeling, polling, and managing experimental designs or randomized control trials (RCTs)
• Competency in analyzing large volumes of data to identify actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset for developing partnerships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
