Director of Population Health Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations (Population Health) to play a critical leadership role in defining and implementing value-based care strategies for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a value-based care roadmap in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer, focusing on Medicaid Managed Care Organizations
• Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of health programs that deliver results for patients
• Collaborate with various teams to discover and execute on new value-based care opportunities, incorporating feedback for program improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or product management and 2+ years of experience with an early-stage startup
• Experience with products that automate or streamline complex workflows, or experience with a digital health startup
• Strong experience in conducting quantitative analysis and qualitative research to inform strategic decisions
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
• Ownership mindset with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
