Director of Port Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Port and Infrastructure Security to build and scale its presence across U.S. ports and terminal operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute port security go-to-market strategy for commercial and government customers
• Build and manage a robust pipeline for revenue growth and lead sales engagements
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert in port security use cases and ensure alignment with operational constraints

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in maritime security, port operations, or critical infrastructure security
• Experience working with both commercial ports and government maritime security stakeholders
• Strong understanding of port operational workflows and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in business development or sales roles supporting complex technical solutions
• U.S. Citizen; eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance preferred
