Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and optimization of assigned customer portfolios, focusing on revenue retention and expansion
• Lead strategic initiatives for renewals and churn risk mitigation while identifying growth opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective portfolio execution and governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in SaaS revenue management or portfolio management
• Proven track record in managing large, complex customer portfolios with significant ARR responsibility
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS economics
• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and forecasting systems; real estate or financial technology experience preferred
