Director of Portfolio Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Portfolio Managers, the full-time salaried Director of Portfolio Management will develop and execute strategies to drive portfolio performance, optimize supplier partnerships, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth and market share expansion
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers and Analysts
• Establish and oversee financial and operational performance metrics to improve revenue and margin

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, or related fields
• Experience in developing multi-year category strategies that optimize cost and quality
• Proven ability to build and manage supplier programs, including contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and customer insights
