Director of Portfolio Strategy

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional asset strategy development, the full-time Director of Portfolio Strategy will manage complex assets and initiatives, facilitate project reviews, and oversee program management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team leads to develop and execute asset strategies throughout the product life cycle
• Prepare and communicate portfolio-level information to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Supervise program management staff, providing coaching and development to enhance team capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10 years of cross-functional program management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in R&D, preferably in drug development
• Extensive knowledge of the drug development process and its interdependencies
• Proven ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience with budget management and strategic decision-making
