Job Summary

Leading the transformation of post-closing services, the full-time remote Director of Post Closing Services will architect and govern the company's national service model, ensuring operational excellence and compliance while managing a team of supervisors and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing organization to support national post-closing operations
• Drive the evolution of post-closing services, ensuring consistent policy deployment and service expansion
• Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence across all teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum six years of leadership experience in multi-site or national operations
• Experience in real estate transaction processing or escrow operations in regulated environments
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and root cause analysis
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
