Director of Postsecondary Coaching

Job Summary

Leading a new national program innovation, the full-time Director of Postsecondary Coaching will manage a team of Life Coaches to support young people aged 16-22 in their transitions to postsecondary education, career training, or the workforce, while ensuring high-quality coaching and program outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project coordination and stakeholder engagement to refine program design and implementation strategies
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Life Coaches and an Alumni Coordinator to foster a strong team culture and ensure effective youth support
• Oversee program quality and outcomes by analyzing data and implementing continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in college access, workforce development, youth development, or a related field
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of postsecondary pathways (college, CTE, workforce)
• Experience working with underserved, first-generation, or historically marginalized students
