Job Summary

Driving strategic communications initiatives, the full-time Director of PR and Communications will develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies, manage agency relationships, and oversee social media efforts while working in a hybrid environment from either Austin, Texas, or Reston, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance the company's media presence and credibility
• Build and manage an integrated communications calendar across various narratives, ensuring messaging consistency
• Drive an analyst relations program to enhance category positioning and engage with key industry analysts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in communications and PR, with at least three years in a senior role at an enterprise B2B technology company
• Proven experience securing earned media in both commercial and federal press
• Strong track record in analyst relations and familiarity with key industry analysts
• Experience managing PR agencies and driving proactive communications strategies
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive thought leadership content and manage crisis communications
