Director of Practice Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Practice Finance to support finance, growth, and operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local physician practices and internal teams to drive operational decisions using financial metrics and reporting
• Lead the preparation of physician compensation reports, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
• Oversee and improve financial processes, data flows, and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial analysis and budgeting experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare services; 5+ years supervising direct reports
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, data modeling, and multi-source data analysis
• Experience with financial statements, joint venture or partnership structures
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
