Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Practice Partnerships will manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities within NewBeauty's physician, practice, and med spa network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across the partnership portfolio and manage the full sales cycle
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for key physician and practice partners while developing strategic partnership plans
  • Manage and grow participation in physician engagement programs and collaborate with internal teams for successful execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of business development, partnership, or account management experience
  • Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and generating revenue growth
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
