Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Practice Partnerships will manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities within NewBeauty's physician, practice, and med spa network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across the partnership portfolio and manage the full sales cycle
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key physician and practice partners while developing strategic partnership plans
- Manage and grow participation in physician engagement programs and collaborate with internal teams for successful execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business development, partnership, or account management experience
- Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and generating revenue growth
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
