Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pre-Sales to lead and scale the pre-sales function for Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and develop the Managed Services pre-sales team, aligning with growth objectives
  • Act as the executive technical sponsor for complex managed services opportunities and oversee solution design
  • Own pre-sales governance, track performance metrics, and refine offerings based on market insights
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, or solutions consulting
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing pre-sales or technical sales teams
  • Deep understanding of managed services models, including SLAs and service delivery
  • Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking solutions
  • Proven ability to partner with sales organizations and influence deal strategy
