Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pre-Services to manage revenue cycle pre-service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all pre-services functions including insurance verification, pre-registration, and billing while improving financial performance
• Select, train, and evaluate management personnel to foster a positive workplace culture and minimize turnover
• Analyze industry trends to develop strategies for operational improvement and monitor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Hospital Administration, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in the healthcare industry related to pre-services
• Five years of supervisory experience in a pre-services management role
• No licensure or certification required
