Director of Precision Medicine

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precision medicine vision and strategy through cross-functional partnerships
• Design and implement strategies for target engagement and biomarker endpoints to advance the pipeline
• Manage external diagnostic partners and lead the development of clinical biomarkers and companion diagnostics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (PhD or MD/PhD preferred) in a relevant scientific discipline
• 10+ years of experience in commercial diagnostics and/or oncology drug development
• Diverse background in assay, diagnostics, cancer biology, and drug development
• Experience in pediatric oncology and/or rare diseases is highly desirable
• Ability to interpret complex molecular and clinical datasets
