Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all preconstruction activities, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement preconstruction strategies and processes
  • Lead the RFP and bid process, including proposal preparation, submission, and negotiation

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of preconstruction experience, with a focus on estimating and budgeting
  • Proven experience leading the RFP and bid process
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
