Job Summary

Dedicated to elevating HR through data-driven decision-making, the fully remote Director of Predictive Analytics will design, build, and deploy advanced models to inform critical workforce decisions, focusing on workforce planning and talent outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing predictive models for workforce outcomes such as attrition and quality of hire
  • Applying machine learning methods to large HR datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Translating analytical findings into actionable insights through dashboards and presentations for HR leaders
Required qualifications
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, with familiarity in HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Strong experience with predictive modeling and statistical techniques
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, R, Python, or other data science platforms
