Key Responsibilities

• Lead HEDIS Operations and HIE Teams, overseeing project plans and team performance
• Ensure compliance with HEDIS specifications and manage data collection strategies
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to optimize data integration and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in managed care or healthcare delivery systems
• At least five years of supervisory experience in project management
• Minimum of five years of HEDIS experience
• Project management experience preferred
