Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Premier Sales will drive net-new revenue and expand Mid-Market accounts across North America by executing the company's go-to-market strategy and managing full-cycle sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the North American Premier segment annual recurring revenue target, monitoring attainment and pipeline coverage while providing evidence-based forecasts
  • Define and continuously refine the Premier segment go-to-market approach, including account segmentation and territory allocation, to align with market data and competitive shifts
  • Act as the senior executive sponsor on strategic new logo pursuits and major expansion plays, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and leading commercial negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a complex SaaS or technology sales environment
  • Experience selling into regulated verticals such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or utilities
  • Deep understanding of enterprise CX technology and contact center operations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach AEs using consultative and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite and VP-level buyers
