Job Summary
Driving departmental transformation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Premium Audit will oversee the Premium Audit department, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance audit capabilities and eliminate backlog.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the new Premium Audit Playbook and manage departmental transformation
- Develop comprehensive premium audit strategies that align with organizational objectives while ensuring operational excellence
- Oversee end-to-end premium audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years of premium audit, insurance operations, or related industry experience
- 8+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations
- Expert knowledge of premium audit principles and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
