Job Summary

Driving departmental transformation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Premium Audit will oversee the Premium Audit department, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance audit capabilities and eliminate backlog.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the new Premium Audit Playbook and manage departmental transformation
  • Develop comprehensive premium audit strategies that align with organizational objectives while ensuring operational excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end premium audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 10+ years of premium audit, insurance operations, or related industry experience
  • 8+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations
  • Expert knowledge of premium audit principles and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
