Director of PreSales Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing function at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain, the full-time Director of PreSales Operations will manage cross-functional planning architecture, ensuring product decisions align with supply chain realities to prevent operational losses in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement operational readiness models and governance processes to ensure product changes are evaluated for operational impact before execution
• Lead end-to-end launch readiness planning for new programs, coordinating across departments to meet operational criteria prior to commercialization
• Own the product lifecycle register and manage transitions to prevent avoidable write-offs and customer disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, product operations, program management, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience in designing or improving cross-functional business processes
• Strong track record of building governance frameworks and structured planning cadences in complex organizations
• Intermediate financial acumen to frame cost/benefit trade-offs and quantify operational risk
