Job Summary
Leading a segment of the Presales organization, the full-time remote Director of Presales Operations will drive execution across Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, and Proposal Management to support revenue growth and enhance win rates.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline progression and prioritize deals
- Engage directly on high-value opportunities to improve win probability and oversee execution quality
- Design and improve presales workflows and establish standards for solution design quality and documentation
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or managers
- Proven ability to lead complex deal execution and improve outcomes
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and solution-based selling
- Experience building processes or new presales capabilities
