Director of Pricing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of pricing strategy, packaging, and metrics, presenting proposals to the Pricing Committee
• Build and manage the pricing team, ensuring effective implementation of pricing decisions
• Monitor pricing architecture and performance across all business segments and channels

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related fields, particularly in SaaS
• Proven leadership experience managing a pricing team with direct reports
• Strong ability to build financial models and conduct pricing analysis using relevant tools
• Extensive experience with CPQ, billing, CRM, and quote to cash systems
• Ability to engage with customers and support strategic sales initiatives
