Director of Pricing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and define the vision and strategies for the end-to-end pricing engine to drive growth and brand success
• Establish operational systems and KPIs to convert complex data into actionable insights for business decisions
• Lead daily SKU-level reviews and collaborate with Business Intelligence and Software teams to optimize pricing results

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Operational, BizOps, or Strategy & Operations roles in fast-paced environments
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Pricing with knowledge of competitive dynamics and pricing strategy
• Advanced Excel skills and 5+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of the impact of pricing and purchasing actions on financial performance and profitability
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a foundation in Economics, Finance, or related fields
