Director of Pricing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Sr. Director of Pricing to lead the development and execution of innovative pricing models for patient support services and affordability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve pricing strategies for HUB services and patient support programs
• Build and oversee complex financial models and ensure pricing integrity across programs
• Translate data into actionable insights and implement technology-enabled pricing solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in pricing, financial strategy, or market access, preferably in healthcare/pharma
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, with strong Excel skills and experience in scalable solutions
• Experience with pricing tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus
• Strong understanding of patient support services and affordability programs is preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred
