Director of Pricing Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Pricing & Analytics to lead the development and execution of dental pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and calibration of dental pricing models based on population risk and cost differences
• Oversee and mentor the pricing team, ensuring consistent use of frameworks while allowing for client-specific flexibility
• Collaborate with Actuarial and Finance teams to align pricing assumptions and ensure financially sound rate outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree or actuarial credentials preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in dental or health insurance pricing, with direct responsibility for model creation and rate development
• At least 5 years of experience leading analytical or pricing teams
• Expert proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL
• Deep understanding of pricing methodologies and risk assessment for dental insurance products
