Director of Pricing Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of analytical professionals, the full-time salaried Director of Pricing Analytics will focus on developing and implementing pricing models for general liability insurance while collaborating with various business units in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for pricing strategy and lead the development of advanced statistical and predictive models
• Translate underwriting and business needs into actionable analytical recommendations and deliverables
• Coach and develop team members while managing complex projects and ensuring high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in actuarial, statistical, predictive modeling, or related quantitative disciplines
• Graduate or PhD degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks or SageMaker
• Strong understanding of statistical inference and predictive modeling techniques
• Experience leading complex projects and delivering results across business functions
