Job Summary
Leading the development of a centralized Revenue Operations function, the remote Director of Pricing Strategy will own the pricing strategy, manage deal-level margin improvement, and oversee the deal intelligence team while actively engaging in deal reviews and pricing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and manage company-wide pricing strategy, including margin targets and discount governance
- Oversee the pricing guidance tool and algorithm, ensuring adherence and driving improvements in pricing discipline
- Lead the Deal Intelligence team, providing consultative support for deal reviews and establishing operational standards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy or commercial analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven track record in managing pricing strategy within a complex B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with deal desk operations and margin tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing data and develop actionable strategies
- Experience in technology distribution or systems integration, understanding deal construction and margin impact
