Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and oversee grant proposals and submissions
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in major donor and foundation management
• Proven track record of securing significant foundation gifts
• Experience in research and qualification of private foundations and individual philanthropists
• Experience managing major gifts portfolios for advocacy organizations is preferred
• Strong sense of humor and a desire to effect positive change
