Director of Privacy

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time Director of Privacy will manage day-to-day operations, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with various business teams to embed privacy into processes and technology solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise privacy program, ensuring it aligns with business objectives
• Coordinate governance processes to implement privacy-by-design across the organization and provide mentorship on regulatory compliance
• Assess privacy risks and implement mitigation measures while partnering with legal and technical teams to ensure compliance and effective communication of privacy requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
• Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
• Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
